I had the incredible opportunity to photograph this beautiful woman and new friend a few days ago to capture this moment in time for her as she transi between jobs and locations. The theme and intention was feeling a sense of freedom and liberation. So grateful for these moments.

Waking up in Brooklyn this morning... finally getting some computer time in but feeling completely overwhelmed as usual it seems. Trying to be gentle with myself despite the energy of this life. Harsh and exciting yes but also tough. As I cleaned off my desktop I made a few fun experimental overlays with some recent images and screenshots.. The First Night in the Desert

I had so many epiphanies. There is something about altitude, thorns, high heat, cold nights, dust, sand, stars, rocks that allow the mind to move beyond time. I had so many epiphanies. As I have been moving out of New York, transitioning back to MA as a home base as I finish applications, archiving, editing, art, my mental space has been a mess. CHAOS. Existential anxiety. Out west again…

Just arrived in Palm Springs. So grateful to be out here again and have this opportunity— here are a few pics / screenshots from this morning interspersed with a few from Joshua tree almost a year ago. We will be going back there tomorrow. I met Gary 11 months ago and he is a wonderful new friend of mine and client. We have been doing photo shoots around California and the southwest since meeting almost a year ago. So grateful for humans like this 🌵✨☀️

Holy Land

I had a very powerful few weeks. The survival television show that I was on finally had its premier, which brought up a lot of feelings and memories. I received a lot of outreach from friends and strangers that has made me feel pretty emotional and has reminded me to live in the present moment. Naked & Afriad premiere tonight

This is going to be such an interesting experience to watch all that happened while I was in South Africa on this incredibly challenging television show… I don’t think I’m allowed to say much, so just check out the show and let me know what you think :-) I can’t believe the way the timing aligned during filming… in conjunction with my period so I was so incredibly hyper emotional in a time that was already the most physically painful day of my life… Should be interesting.

Sick daze post birthday—

What a week it’s been. I’ve fallen sick. Been going too fast… im taking a lot of baths 🛁 revisiting my human design. Embracing the first week of being 33 to the best of my ability. Took a beautiful trip to VT, went to nyc for my art show, have another one there this Frida. I’m in the hudson valley now finishing up filming for a documentary I’m working on. Craziest Week

I don’t remember the last time I worked this hard, slept so little, and had so much fun. I’m paying for it today, as my period actually starts and it’s hard to move. I just worked at the Woodstock Film Festival Coordinator 1 million panels and events. I learned so much, but my body is dead. My mind is at peace.
