So it's been a second, huh?

Appreciate the patience. Kind of a lot going on.

I got promoted to a team lead at my current job, which has taken up a LOT of my free time. In addition to that year-end travel has spun up because I'm going back home for Birthdays and Holidays more, so that pulls away my focus.

This is why ya'll have seen a lot more straight-up pictures lately. But I'm still cooking on a few things I wanna finish before the year is up.

WIP - Design Study/Ref Sheet

So I've taken to drawing a stockier Lilith, and now I'm kind of trying to retrofit the design for animation. I haven't had a proper ref for her in a while.

So I'm trying to find my beat on this one. Finding a design that's easier to draw over and over, and also finding one that reads well.

On a comic kick, right now. Loved dolling up Lilith in a full gothic vampire outfit, so I'm imagining her as a powerful final boss type. This is the first page of many. We'll see where this goes.

Update - JULY '24 Billing Paused

When it rains, it pours.

Hey guys, it's Boosh again. This summer has been pretty wild in terms of timing. I thankfully haven't had any personal crises or horrible luck. In fact, I'm a little too lucky.

Basically an old employer came to me with a good offer, so I'm going to be taking on a side hustle. As a result, billing for July will be paused while I take care of this.

I'll still be doing my shit, but not enough to feed the Patreon, so I don't wan...

JUNE UPDATE - Vacation

Howdy ya'll.

 As mentioned in the May update, billing will be paused for June because I'm going on vacation. I'll be gone for roughly three weeks, so that's proper grounds to put this whole thing on hold until then.

So, ya'll be good. I'll be back and running around 6/18, but I figure with all the traveling, drawing will probably take a backseat.

Always been a fan of High-On-Fairydust's character, Sam. Wanted to imagine how her and Lilith would interact. It also kind of feels nice to dip into comics.

Playing with tweening. Gotta say, it's nice to have a little more flexibility without having to draw every frame. The real tech is to combine puppetry and hand drawn, but that's probably going to take more experience.
