Character Fidelity Progress

I'm making slow but steady progress on increasing the fidelity of my current characters. I'm using some new tools that have been a bit tricky to wrap my head around, but I'm happy with the direction things are going (this is far from final).

Hungry Critters Update 1.1.3.0

Lotti's kerchief has been significantly improved. I almost didn't want to show the old version for comparison because it's kind of embarrassing now.

I'm very happy with these results. This took a combination of nearly all the individual techniques I've learned to create: cloth physics, subdiv modeling, shape keys, normal baking, and ambient occlusion baking.

Lotti's eyes have been significantly improved! Unfortunately I had to crudely carve into the model to make the new eyes work, so the area around the eyeballs is currently slightly rough. The model will soon be completely redone though, so it's just temporary.

Life Update

I probably should have posted a situation update sooner, though to be honest, if I had, it would likely have been rather depressing.

Long story short: I ended up having to move out of my previous home anyway. On top of having a new full-time job, this left me almost no free time to work on Untitled Vore Game for a few months. It was very stressful and took a lot of work, but thankfully, I'm now all moved into a new place.

Life Update

So I got a job, and this previous week was my first working there. I'm now an auction cataloger for a growing mom-and-pop internet auction business. It sounds kind of weird, and I was hesitant to pull the trigger on it, but to be honest... it's actually rather pleasant. The people there are nice. The only problem is that now I only get four hours of free time (or less) on weekdays, which is precious little to divide between work on my game and necessary relaxation time.
