another WIP update! this WIP update, i wanted to differentiate it a little bit more since i plan to post sketches publicly as well so i decided to crop WIPs. I know it's small but i figured WIPs being cropped would make the final product a better treat c: Cropping isnt the only way i want to differentiate WIPs from sketches. WIPs are pictures that i plan on actually finishing while sketches are simply just exploratory ideas that i do not guarantee to finish.

Finally finished this one! Sorry this took a bit of time, i was feeling "odd" for some reason drawing recently. I think it may have to do with drawing stitched pictures or something, i can't really put my finger on what was wrong with me but i feel i should go back to solo pieces and then once in a while do stitched pictures again. Man this one was a real doozy and i'm super happy to have finished it! Fun fact, i actually made a sketch of this months back (i think February?) in the "skeletal" phase but never touched it ever, since i thought i was going to be a difficult project to work on. They were also all supposed to be separate pieces but i grew fond of stitching bits of pictures together. This one was supposed to be just a simpler piece with just Raven and Yang as the focal image (at the left side) but i thought it could use a bit more transitions and stuff to be a bit more dynamic c: i kind of like the idea of putting multiple pieces into one like the Gardevoir pic i made a while back so this was definitely a bit of fun! Got around to finally making some more Weiss! I'd like to imagine that the scene is set at the end of Vol 3. with the Grimm rampant and things just don't turn out for Weiss. speaking of which, I feel I've found a way around her palette for me to see her shading but still maintain that lightness that she has. for her skin tone, i just went to more of a pinkish route instead of a light tan route since i can't usually recognize the hues in that direction on my tablet :P the only real difficulty her...
