Hi, for those who experience this bug on my cards when loading in Creation Mode, you can try load different card and reload the card again. Sometimes it takes few times reloading to get the face right.
Edit: I've got the solution, many thanks to my patron, SNow.
To fix this, you need to update (manually replace) some files:

Thanks a lot to my patron, Dman helped to diagnose and found solution for the glitch.
97% of my card character legs will glitch in game or in studio.
I've updated all my cards to fix this issue, feel free to re-download them from respective post.
If you've modified these cards and you wish to fix this issue your own, kindly go to "Lower Body" -> "Hips & Legs Scale Z" (mostly are set to 110) reduce the value to105 will fix it.
