Pretty pleased with how it turned out. Not so pleased with how I have managed to injure my wrist through a terrible lack of self-care, stretching and breaks so don't be me kids. Art mom has dun goofed.

Another couple's piece - this time of a pair of cozy looking sisters.
I wanted to try a slightly different palette on this one - greenish and salmon isn't a combination I've used before and I'm a little torn on whether it works or not. But hey, here's to experimentation!

A collection of 11 sketches I made at speed for different art party events.
The thing about these is that they really go to show how much and how well you can produce if you don't get hung up on the details. Of course they're not perfect- there's a ton you could do to poilsh these, and you can't get too ambitious with angles and expressions if you're going for speed, but it's still a fantastic exercise to try to loosen up and gain confidence.

Belore'dorei = Child of the sun
This was a prime example of a piece that got out of control. It started quite simple- it was going to have a warm vibe, easy lighting. And then I had a crisis over values and decided to try something new- with a limited color palette and sharp contrast and suddenly I was overrendering it, and not really knowing what direction to take it in and crying a little inside and a week and some later here we are.

A masked, feral criminal for Sarah Mason - who won my last twitter event and is also a good friend, so I was more than pleased to make this for her. Thoroughly enjoyed drawing the insane amounts of hair/mane on this one; such a fun character.

Baby's first bnnuy - like the kids say, which I hated at first and then spent the entirety of this piece saying it out loud like a crazy person.
Ths mystery in this box was turning this character - usually an elezen - into a viera, which was probably not entirely surprising given that this patron had been talking about doing that since before they even announced the male buns were coming like some omniscient being.

A common topic that has cropped up recently in my art sessions with patrons is “How do I find my motivation to draw?” or “How can I be more consistent?” or “How can I procrastinate less?” or “*30 minutes of incoherent screaming*”.

A Mystery Box of an elezen turned primal/boss/sin-eater! Had such a blast working on this one.
A few days ago the patron who requested this posted a screenshot using the FFXIV boss label "Vicious Discipline" so I went ahead and manifested what that would look like. I could have spent days on this if I didn't have a queue as long as my leg of work.

Well, the title lies. It's a timelapse with a bit of the color process at the end, though it probably happens too quick to notice.
Either way, this piece was a mystery box reward in which I got to redesign this character and age her up a bit and man did I have some fun with it. These are my favourite kinds of pieces.
Something funny that happened with this video is that it was flipped- no matter how I edited in my video app, every time I uploaded it to youtube it appeared flipped ...
