Step 1: Lineart! For the hammer I took a quick trip to Blender and modelled the basic shapes and traced it into the painting.

Followed by the grim dark November comes the cosiest: December! <3 I do love Christmas.
This will probably be a hard month for many as COVID disrupts plans left and right. I'm right in the boat with you, as I was supposed to go to Norway for Christmas this year to celebrate with my family, but wont. Hang in there folks! I am lucky enough to have a wonderful in-laws family to celebrate with - keeping it social distance of course.

Working hard to get these finished in time for Christmas! The draenei is definitely the biggest beast of them all, already racked up a fair amount of hours on her.
These are my current works in progress - and who knows, maybe I'll get time for another personal piece before the years over 💙
And my patrons will of course get access to behind the scenes materials for these bad boys. So excited!!
The Pandaren gets some love!
November is by far my least favourite month - in Norway it's all darkness, fog and the beginning of intense cold. In England it's not so bad! Probably because I don't commute anymore, hah.

When I haven't been working on my Biggest Commission Ever I've been following a Beginner's tutorial to familiarise myself with blender. And I just finished it!
A donut with chocolate icing and sprinkles, a cup of coffee and a plate. What I love about 3D is that it feels so much more tangible than 2D. I can almost touch it!

I'm finally learning Blender! It's been on my to-do list for years. I still need to add sprinkles but that's on part 2 of the tutorial and I need sleep in the meantime. Also, I may need a more powerful computer for this.
