We were able to work with Cheryl Faust a couple times. She was a Michigan based bodybuilder who was ALWAYS in shape. I ran into her one time at the Arnold Classic in Columbus and asked when she was competing.....and she said "I'm not". It looked like she even had some pro tan on as well. This is a cool video. Great form and intensity.

Not all of our models are spring chickens....
Several of our models over the years were in their late 40s, 50s and even 60s!! As women age their estrogen levels tend to drop which allows a more conditioned look when dieting for competition. It's harder to do in your 20s and early 30s. Plus to build dense quality muscle takes a long time.
