So, I've been seeing some comments saying they can't upgrade. I know some stay on the free tier or 1$ tier, then upgrade then cancel every month so they can keep control of their finances. So I'd like to apologize because I didn't know there was going to be troubles for people upgrading.
Honestly I'm still a bit confused, afaik people weren't able to join during a paused billing but that changed too it seems.
