Hi, upgrading tier problems

I know some stay on the free tier or 1$ tier, then upgrade then cancel every month so they can keep control of their finances. So I'd like to apologize because I didn't know there was going to be troubles for people upgrading.
Honestly I'm still a bit confused, afaik people weren't able to join during a paused billing but that changed too it seems.
I resume the billing on the 22 so I think people should stop having that trouble then. I don't want to resume today because there are people who joined between the days 15-21 who might get charged so I'd appreciate if you wait until then

Due to Patreons limitations, it is not possible to subscribe or change your tier currently. Check back at another time. When this notification is gone, the channel is back again. Breaks are important.
