Nova halloween 2023

Happy halloween everyone!

I was missing drawing Nova some more, and I know she still have a lot of fans.

this drawing will have a "normal" version, but I think I'm going to publish it tomorrow.

I'm currently working in the next part of the comic, been months writing the outline... now I got it almost all done, but I've been thinking about modifying things... if my calculations are correct, I should be working in the scripts during next year.

This page I almost completely redraw the sketches digitally... it was an important page.

it has a few interesting things.

first, there's a panel that resembles the ending of the CUSTUS story, where an early version of Dr. Orozco, that at the tiem was going to be just part of the Project Prime series used a similar tactic to subdue Rob.
I thought it was interesting to mirror that old panel.
still, this page is a little different in a way... this version of Orozco is a little ...

This page is mostly about Orozco's manipulation being sucessful... and to also show how little Alpha knows about everything, he's not "regaining memory" he's just been shown stuff where he shows up, some old isolated pictures of Laura... he's been recognized by some people he doesn't even remember.

I thought it was much more interesting this way, consider he's living a few years being a completely different xeno (maybe he is?)... only way to figure it out is ke...

Lost memories concept vs Final panels (BLOG)

Ravager armor Flying pack

got to design this flying add-ons for a suit designed a while ago.

it's the same armor, but with a jetpack, new set of miniguns and shock-absorber boots+propellers.

I like how different this is from my general armor designs, this one is more knight-ly in shape... a little more fantastic than practical.

and the new jetpack design I came up with is a mix of the drone the old armor has, mixed up with some space-marines from warhammer 40k and japanese mecha designs I love hehe.<...

I can't really say much about this page... but it's the prelude of the contention plan Dr. Orozco came up with.

in any case, it's a simple page.... I'm not entirely happy with the doctor's pose in the final panel, looks to stiff.. but I must say, I was to lazy to re-draw it.

but knowing me, someday I'll do it? who knows hahaha.
