Usually, characters are created clothed (i.e. there is no naked body under the clothes) or clothes are modeled specifically for the character that will fit him perfectly. This gives the best result.

SCP 1471 MalO Lay Sex Scene

Yep. One night to render a scene with more than 3k frames on a new PC. Incredible performance. Considering that there is a lot of cum in this scene, my old PC would not even start rendering.
