Ok, new day, new build. This one should clear up the black screen during dates issue, if you have a save in the middle of one of those it probably won't fix itself until the scene changes, but it shouldn't happen again.
This should also fix an issue of Rogue randomly showing up during Emma's sex scenes, which might be a fun thing to add back in later, but only in a way that actually works smoothly. ;)

Sorry for the lack of updates. I'm crunching right now to migrate some elements from one character to the others, some simple, but tedious work to make the sex scenes flow a bit better and have better options. Hey, just letting you know what I've been up to. I figured out a new trick with sprite building, how the sprites get layered. It might make the game run a bit smoother when multiple sprites are out. Or maybe worse, it's hard to test for, but we'll see the next build and if it's not good I can revert it. I think it's better though, less total checks at once, and it sorts things easier than how I had been doing it.

Man, when you start to work on a new coding challenge and then four hours have passed before you realize it. . . Ok, with any luck, this will be a non-broken version. I went through and removed some options from Emma's wardrobe (because the art wasn't in for them yet), but don't worry they will go back in when they do exist. If you have her in a towel anywhere in the game, try to change out of that, because the art isn't in yet and it throws errors, but in most cases that should no longer be available anyway.

Ok, I'm taking a little gamble on this one. Usually each patch in a version is a bit more stable than the last, but I wanted to get some bookkeeping out of the way, so I made some rather heft modifications in this one that are good in the long term, but might be a little flaky if I misjudged something. Mainly I changed the way sleepwear is stored so that it's more in line with other clothing, and also changed the way character positioning works, so that they move around a bit better.

Ok, thanks to a flurry of quick bug reports, here's a new version. Again, probably still bugs, so maybe avoid this one unless you want to bug test, more stable builds will be on the way.
Check the logs from the last one to see what major changes are in the version overall, but here's what's changed between 0.978 and 0.978a:

Ok, first off, WARNING, this is the first pass and will likely have plenty of bugs to it that I hadn't managed to nail down. Hey, it's been a while since I let you know what I've been working on, so here's a little taste. This is showing Emma's "wet" hair, which you can also select as an option even while she's dry, as well as the water droplet effect she gets after a shower. Ok, here's the promised Emma Frost teaser. Keep your expectations reasonable on this one. It's a one-scene teaser to show off the character, although it does have a few different paths to it. So in case you haven't heard, Patreon said that they aren't going to change their fee structure like they'd planned. At least not for now, and likely not exactly the same way. They noted that $1 and $2 pledges were being screwed by this change, and that this was a bad thing, so it seems likely that whatever they do, it will screw $1 and $2 pledges less.

So, as of writing this, Patreon seems intent on changing their pricing structures a bit. I am not amused. As you may have heard, they are sending a flat 95% of pledges to me, which sounds good, until you get to the part where they are passing the fees to you guys, which is awful. It's a minimum 35 cents charge, plus 8%, which isn't that huge a difference in the higher pledge amounts, but hits the $1 pledges hard. I hate to say, but it means that $1 pledges will end up costing you around...
