got some inspiration so i felt like doodling this out, it's extremely rough, but i'm hoping to refine it a little tomorrow and generally this weekend

important question

what're some of the most powerful ways to convey size or heft in art to you all? like, what are the things that you see that really sell the aspect of them being physically huge? what examples of art or artists that do it well come to mind?

i want to try some new things out in my art, as i feel i often lack that depth in my work, i know a big thing i need to do more of is have the fat actually interacted with more, i.e. being lifted up or poked

EDIT: and, with this, we should be done! i'd like to take another moment here to say thank you to all who donated, especially towards the end- i hope to have delivered in full on my end. it took a fair bit longer than i'd originally planned, but i think the results are fairly satisfactory, haha, if there's interest, i may do another drive in the future- as to when, i'm unsure!

Hi there folks, it's your favorite artist ever, nihijack- who you most definitely do NOT want to kick in the balls and teeth and a couple of other choice areas for nearly a month of inactivity. Welcome to something I'm hoping to make a habit of, that being a monthly Newsletter at the start of each month. Definitely not stealing this idea from a couple of other artists.

i'm particularly happy with this one came out- both because i am a sucker for side views and i tried a couple new things here that i think i'll use in the future

i will apologize to those waiting for the final part of the carol drive as this was a very impromptu piece that ended up being concepted and finished before that one was, but i hope you all enjoy nonetheless!

i was gonna have a before and after type shot of her ass, but i can't seem to figure out the after version, probably gonna scrap it from the final product but i was happy with how the before came out, so i figured i'd share it here in case i don’t do anything with it

my focus shifts rapidly i'm sorry, i had this idea suddenly and wanted to flesh it out, started as an ms paint sketch and quickly moved on from there lol

big fan of superheroines getting huge, spider-gwen / ghost spider is a particular fixation of mine and has been for a hot while, so this is another one of those things that's honestly really overdue

sorry to have starved you guys of fat content for a little there, been a rough patch but i'm workin' through it, here's the *final* size, though i will be doing an inbetween of this and the part 6 size- that's right, i'm doing two, y'all donated so much i had to give back lmfao (i may've already said this it's like really late while i'm posting this so my brain's a little fried)

hey all! just wanted to say a quick sorry for the radio silence the last few days

i'm still here, had to help with some family stuff so i didn't get the chance to really draw much. i'll get the carol sheet posted today, and more than likely i'll toss up some sketches for the final part either today or over the weekend- thanks for the patience!

RE: carol's design

hi this is a much quicker post but i was looking at the old and new carol side-by-side, and i'm curious which eyes you all prefer for her?

option A. the more sultry "mommy" vibes
or option B. the slightly more spunky "wild" vibes

both vibes are extremely present in her character, but i've been drawing her base design with the latter eyes more as of late, and i'm curious if i should change that back to what i had before

TLDR: do you prefer carol's old or new eyes

i decided to just keep it to one size this part, the jump wasn't that extreme- or rather, it wouldn't be something as noticeable at this size range, so instead i decided to spend more time adding in details and such, and will probably continue with this format for the remainder of the drive unless there is a particularly insane jump in weight
