So many new faces around these parts! The response to the comic and to the art overall recently has been super gratifying! Thank you so much to everyone who's recently jumped aboard and to all those who've been around a while! Thank you for all the comments and the likes and the awesome feeling it all gives!

Status - August (End of One Hot Summer Edition)

Hiya folks!

We're approaching Summer's end but posts here will stay - and continue to be! - "Super" hot! 😎 Speaking of which, I'm proud to announce that "Power Milk" is a go! And I'll be posting four pages every other day. So set that calendar! 

Besides the comic, here's what else to expect this month: I'll be working on the animation poll results featuring our resident sexy minx: Sophie! I'll also be posting up some fun illustrations in between working on projects!

Power Milk - Color (Update)

Power Milk comic colors are finished! 💪🥛 And it's time to add dialogue and sfx fonts! 💬💥  I'm thinking of posting pages in batches in the upcoming days ahead instead of all at once. I'll decide very soon!

Animation Poll Results (Sophie)

Sophie won the poll! I planned for each character to have their own unique intro before the loop. Sophie should be interesting to animate! I'd love to them all honestly, but Sophie will definitely be the longest and in color.

I'll be streaming part of the animation on certain days next month (including some discord streams). I hope some folks will be able to catch it! 😄

So first things first: there was little to post this week cause I'm making super good progress on the comic! Inks are now DONE. Only things left are the colors and the lettering. So do bear with me if you can!

But how was last month in terms of progress? Not bad. Had some stuff I was happy to make and I hope ya'll enjoyed! But not good in terms of *checks notes* well, all the things I mentioned I'd get done in my last status for the previous month! So I want to try thin...

Art Studies

Hope you folks don't mind if I share some of art studies here too!

As I work hard on finishing projects and comics, I made some time to do some quick art studies! One artist who greatly inspired me ever since my youth was Frank Frazetta. I've been studying his work again very closely. His art is one of the main reasons why I'm super found of curvaceous bodies.

While drawing these studies, I don't trace or use the eye dropper tool (for coloring). I try my best to replicate the orig...

I remember I did some 80's/90's style Amira sketches awhile back, but I wasn't too satisfied with them. So I made a new batch to play around with! A few of these sketches (from the thumbnails) I'd like to color soon!

So far, I've chosen too thumbnails and given them some details! I think it fits for the summer vibe! Don't you? 😎

Hello my beach bum lovelies! Weather's getting hot and the art is getting hotter! Honestly, summer's one of my favorite seasons of the year. I love the sun and I love the beach even more.

Last month was really good in terms of posts and art! I've been feeling more confident and productive each passing day! I'm extremely happy see the comments on the posts and the encouragement I've gotten over time. Looking forward to keep that beach ball rolling!
