These deals are available if you order directly through Apple's website.

It's unclear to me at this time if these deals will also be available, or handled the same way, if you order from the carrier directly.

Twigby just launched new plans.

Here's the breakdown:

• $10 300 mins → discontinued
• $15 1GB, 300 mins → 1GB, unlimited mins
• $20 3GB → 4GB
• $25 5GB → 7GB
• $35 10GB → $30
• $40 20GB → New

Twigby is a Verizon MVNO.

Overall I still feel US Mobile is a better offer + experience. 

The one good thing is that Twigby is offering $10 off per month for your first three months.
