October Update

I'm currently writing episode 4. I'm a quarter of the way through, current scene involves the Doctor explaining his emitter to members of Project Pathfinder.

The vfx artist I may have or not have mentioned before sent me some samples of his renders. His plan is to map out the entirety of Voyager and he's hoping to create the backgrounds that are relevant to the first episode (so we have visuals to put on Youtube). Episodes 4-7

These 4 episodes are being written in a way where I'm focusing mostly on 1 character, maybe with a small b story to take a break.

In the last snippet I shared, we had episode 4 with Harry Kim taking Icheb to Starfleet Academy, I was in the process of carrying on with Kim but have decided the 2000+ words I've written for him will be for episode 7. Pre-titles - Episode 4 Scene 1 (1st draft)

After the turn of the 21st century, after the Eugenic wars, after Khan Noonian Sing departed from Earth on the S.S. Botany Bay. Eurasia found history repeating itself with another Khan devastating the continent. Multiple countries required massive investments towards reconstruction.

Season 8

There is only going to be a series 8, but it doesn't mean there will only be 25/26 episodes (like the show). If 8000 words an episodes translates as 45 episodes or 50, then that's the series.

Calling this 'Season 8' is enough to let people know there is more.

Once I end the stories I envision, I'm not planning to do a Season 9. Famous last words of course.

A Visual from Episode 3

This scene depicts Lt. Commander Tuvok leaving the USS Voyager on the USS Challenger to travel to Vulcan to cure his degenerative brain condition.

In orbit is the USS Voyager waiting for the crew to leave Voyager to begin their shore leave (a day after arriving back from the Delta Quadrant). Remastered episodes *Update*

To keep this short, I've updated both episodes that begin season 8 of Star Trek Voyager season 8. They've been remastered simply because I'm a better writer and I bought better sound recording equipment. I also can't stand the thought of future episodes being of better quality and the first one's aren't. From my point of view the first episodes are the most important in order to get people to listen, they won't if they sound bad.
