I just want to give everyone an update of what I haven’t been able to stop thinking about. I created this page to jumpstart my career. My dream job that I’ve sought after since my teenage years. Ok I changed my mind. It’s too beautiful and incredible and I’m  too excited to wait until it’s done to show you. This is the first session done last week on my back. I have one more session to add color but it’s already even better than I had hoped for. Thanks for looking.

Tonight we Celebrate

Today was a big day for me. The most important day I’ve had in a long time. Today I got my tattooing license that I have been working towards for almost 2 years. In celebration I bought this cheap bottle of champagne from the gas station and went to spend some time with my favorite fellow tattooing lady.  Thank you for helping me get to where I am.

Somewhere else

My mind is somewhere else today. I keep coming back to the thought that nothing would make me feel more alive than to pack up and take myself far away from everything that is making me feel so bored. I’m tired of being so tired all the time. There has got to be more than this.

Bloom

Today I printed my certificates for 3 online courses I completed going towards my tattooing license. My bloodwork comes back at the end of the month. Documented procedures are in order. I feel like things are finally starting to fall together like I’ve been waiting for since I started this process over a year and half ago. I can see the light and the end of the tunnel. My days of sweeping, mopping, being sent on food runs are almost done and I am so relived. There were definitely days I was...

Work work work

I’m feeling exhausted today. I’m working two jobs and spend most of my time at places that don’t inspire me and being told what to do, which I was never good at. I remind myself constantly that putting in the time now will make  things easier for me later on and I know it will. Heres to looking for the light at the end of the tunnel.

Friday at Last

I woke up and got ready this morning think it was Monday the whole time! Thank goodness its Friday, though. I can’t wait to spend all weekend at the tattoo shop. Since I won’t be very useful without all of my tattooing supplies, I‘ll probably spend my time drawing on some good, old fashioned paper.

Ultra Violet

I love the how the purple in my hair come out in these photos. Another great benefit to the purple is that as it fades out it will become an icy blonde and I’ll have a clean slate for something new. I’m thinking either pink💕 or emerald green🐊. Give me your input in the comments below!

Challenging Myself

Working on my back flexibility for the first time in a few years. When I was in middle school I wanted to do all things circus, contortion in particular, and had incredible flexibility in so many areas. Maybe it’s not too late to get back to bending.

Pink on Purple

Today I’m going to work for the 6th day in a row (again!). This has been my routine for over a year and it’s tough not to feel burnt out sometimes. That’s why I feel lucky that I‘m still able to find time to bounce around in floral tights and take pictures with good people. Better things are coming and all the work I’m putting in now will come back to me in the future.

The way that I decorate my time, space, and body has never had an intentional theme. I know what I like and somehow everything just fits together. When I take a step back and try to take a look from the outside it becomes apparent that I must love chaos and florals.
