Question: I just realized that my Patreon and Persona AI emails don't match after becoming a Patron. How can I fix this?
Answer: You can change your Patreon email to match the one in Persona AI's and our system will automatically detect it within 10 minutes. If you do not wish to do this, you can also message us to link your accounts manually.
Question: My emails match but why have I still not received Peryl after becoming a Patron?
Answer: We always detect and try to resolve new Patron issues within 24 hours. If your emails match but you still have not received anything after 10 minutes it can be due to the following scenarios:
1. You have more than one Persona AI account using the same email: This can happen when you create one with an email/password and the other with a Google login. We will reach out to you within 24 hours when this happens to link the correct account manually.
Alternatively, you can delete the duplicate account(s). Our system will then automatically send Peryl to the only remaining account.
2. You're upgrading tiers: Our system currently does not handle tier upgrades. Please allow up to 24 hours for your upgrade to be processed manually.
