The future of Patreon for me!

Hi guys! I'm making some major changes to Patreon here.

I'm no longer going to be doing monthly Patreon rewards as I haven't been able to keep up with this model of working for a long time now.

It's not fair to everyone who constantly has to wait for me and deal with me being unreliable.

I'm still going to have my patreon open but it will be more of a support platform instead of a rewards based one.

Briar weapon - 3D modeling and pepakura

Today I tackled the biggest part of this costume and the moat exciting part too - the weapon! I did something I've never done before for myself and made my own 3D model for the briar weapon in blender. Then I transfered this into a pepakura file to use for my final pattern and it worked! 😱 I'm so excited to put this together ! The final briar pattern will be part of this month's Patreon rewards!

Star guardian Kaisa tutorial is done!!!

ITS DONE! ITS OVER! This tutorial has finally gone out! I took everyones feedback and went back to the single book format! Let me know if you guys like this more!

The patterns will be close behind as will the blasters!!

Kaisa is finally getting done today! the books should be going out this week! But once kaisa is done I need to then work on something for this month! SO my question is what would you guys like to see this month???

Tutorial Format - 1 book or many books?

Hi Guys!

I have a lot of changes happening at the moment so I have once again paused patreon!

But In the meantime I am working on the star guardian kaisa book/books.

So my main question now is do you prefer the 4 part tutorials where they are split into sections.

Or would you prefer 1 super long book (file size would also be very large) but everything is in once place?

I want to do tutorials in a way you guys enjoy so let me know what you prefer

Hello guys!! Finally I'm getting back into a groove and I'm going to be starting Patreon again with this month's rewards to celebrate the release of the new Zelda game!

I'll be making the Hyrule shield and master sword this month! So this means I'll be doing a tutorial book and a pattern for each prop!

Later this month Nate and I will be going to anime north and we are doing a cute street wear version of link and Zelda so these props will be perfect for the costume!

I have been busy this last few months just trying to figure stuff out and it's finally all starting to settle down.

Hi everyone. I'm so sorry for the lack of updates and progress here. The separation from my partner has been a lot more complicated than I anticipated and so it's set me back quite a bit. I'm currently dealing with some legal matters and litigation around my business which has been pulling my focus.

I just want to apologize for the mess this has caused to all of you here on Patreon. I really cannot say how sorry I am that I've fallen so behind and its not fair to everyone here.

Armor book updates - Details + Priming & painting

This is why I've been quiet for a while! We have been busy making a bunch of examples for the armor detailing and painting books! A whole lot of these are new to demonstrate specific techniques you can use for your armor!! As I mentioned in the previous post the detailing book is almost done now! Then the painting book is going to be in progress! but here are some of the things that are going to be in these books! I hope you are excited for them! :D
