Boater-HAT

The first software release is live. It can be found at https://github.com/zedd00/Boater-HAT. This will set up your server, and install everything needed to digitize your media collection. It's stable, and I'm currently running it on my server. I'm still working on making the actual configuration of everything easier, but it removes a bunch of the problems. Let me know what you think.
