PHC2 1.16.3 FoodEx, Trees + 1.18.2 Crops Updates on CurseForge!

Big thanks to Weedoof for collecting various data packs created through the Discord to help these fixes come out!  You know me, I hate updating for older versions, but I understand that folks still play on them and since ya'll were so kind to help make fixes, I need to impliment them.

Mod compatibility updates are coming next!  Then hopefully back to work on all new textures for Food Core!  :)

Changelog

Added back shearing to fruits and lowered their break strength to 1F from 5F

You break the fruit blocks with shears to pick them up.  Right-clicking to harvest hasn't changed

They'll be up on CurseForge soon!  I've fixed some tag/JSON file issues in Crops but otherwise, things should be mostly the same.  Config files are different, there is a lot of stuff in JSON files now for gardens/trees instead of being in the config.  Warm fruit trees also don't have a special tree shape anymore, but I'll update that later.
