Day two of charcter reveals is here, this time it's Chiame Miller, a sudo-main character of 0.30's story.

I've been meaning to do a proper goth character for a while now, as Vapor doesn't really fit the mould completely. This month's update is a little strange, I went into it trying to force myself to make it a smaller update, but I got so deep into these few Emma and Rin events that they all ended up being quite long. And that's not to mention the 'other' content in the update.. So it might not look like much on paper but this update's a big one for Last Beacon fans... all two of them. Maybe that'll change after this update.

August Animation | Kit on the Kouch

What's this? An on time animation? Impossible, he's got to be lying.

I felt really bad that the supporter animation was always late, usually falling into the next month so I prioritized this month's one.

I was also experimenting with some 24 fps stuff so thats why it looks like... this. I don't I'll do 24fps stuff in the future outside of non-h scenes. The 60 fps animations look way better.

Hey guys, just a small hotfix with 0.28 that fixes a few bugs:

• Fixed image when you fail to catch a fish

• Fixed Azalea E5 crashing the game

• Fixed Alex E5 SFX bug

• Fixed a bunch of typos

• Rewrote Pearl Sidequest slightly.

August Render / Animation Poll

Time for August's Poll! Work on 0.29 has started this week while I work on character/location designs for 0.30. I actually had to whip out a whiteboard multiple times to figure out what each character will be doing during the big 0.30 main story event... It's a continuity nightmare to say the least, and new character's roles and personalities while mostly set in stone have shuffled and flipped around all over the place.

July Animation | In the Trenches

Much like I have been for the past month, this animation takes place in the trenches. I was trying to explore some new animation techniques and I think parts of it look bad + it's not very long, so sorry about that. I'm still trying to figure out the advanced parts of the program, and a pose this complicated sure didn't help lmao.

July Render | Algaia's Dark Side

Lot of alts this time, there's two without the logo and then some with pre-eldritch being Algaia.

The update's going well, I've completed the bulk of the renders, just need to finish writing some of the events and then adding the Melon stuff, hopefully I can finish it early so I can get ahead on 0.30, which I've already been designing story beats/costumes for.

June Render | What Rin Dreams Of...

Rin has this reoccuring 'nightmare' where Emma forces herself onto her. It always causes her to wake up in a pile of sweat and... other liquids. She doesn't tend to leave her room for a few hours after those sorts of dreams.

I'm going away for the weekend but most of 0.27 is done, all of the Nate CG remakes are done, same with the Melon event that I missed. And most of the writing is done too. It's just a few scenes that need to be animated now which I should be able to get done before ...
