Every year I participate in the Dreamkeepers Halloween contest and I've had a habit of making the cast of that comic play a video game. This time I'm doing Baldur's Gate 3 since that's been my current hyperfixation.

Daughter of a Knight, Roni has always been eager for her turn at knightly tournaments. Now that she's awoken as a sorcerer, she aims to become a member of the Royal Battle Sorcerers.
Despite her distaste for the intrigue and etiquette of the Aragosian nobility, she has a love for gossip.
She's a minor character, but I love how her design turned out.
With the Publishing of Page 27 We have reached the end of Chapter 1. Now there are some finished pages for Chapter 2, but since I will be leaving for two weeks starting September 9th I will be unable to fully work on making a proper backlog of pages. I will be sketching out the as much as I can for chapter 2 while I'm there. As for this week and the next I will definitely put out smaller pieces for everyone here, and the already completed pages of chapter 1 will be public for ever...

I finally get to use more of the language I came up with.
Most spirit trees of a certain age empower a guardian to help protect themselves. They grant them the ability to channel the tree's power directly in return for protecting them.

A secondary character in Willow Academy. While he doesn't play a large role in volume one he will get more exposure later on.
The goal I had when designing him was to make him look "edgy" while still being able to draw him both consistently and efficiently.
He went through a few revisions and already had a reference sheet before, but I was not satisfied with how it aged compared to my other designs.

The pedestal is probably the most expensive part of the trials. Its not easy getting a custom made candy thrower for your kid's 13th birthday.
