That work is progressing steadily, but due to the size of the new feature there's still a lot of work left, so it'll still be some time before it's ready (most likely not this summer).

Spring Kyouko is the first skin created by the talented Machi Mile, who have done an amazing job showing Kyouko outside her usual maid job!
