Starting March dittos and shop prep!

Happy Friday! Today I'm doing shop prep for my valentines day drop! I got shipping confirmation for the color corrected pins today which i am VERY relieved about 🙏 somehow i planned 4 months ahead for valentines day pins but my manus are still making me come down to the wire!! So once the package moves a bit ill set the drop date in stone but we're still looking at jan 28 at 1pm EST!
i also started prototyping the march patreon ditto plush - i don't want to give too much away in advance...

Finishing valentines day dittos & more!

Today i finished up the embroidery for the white chocolate dittos and made a few more vday sugar cookies!
I also visited a local Madeira embroidery thread warehouse for the first time and picked up some thread and a beautiful color guide 🤩
I also started an ITH pattern that I'll be releasing to $5 tips & tutorials and higher patrons in february! 👀

Today i wrapped up the embroidery for the chocolate covered strawberry dittos. Next up is cutting them out and stuffing!
I also started work on the white chocolate strawberries and made some more stickers for my February reward stock 👀 i will reveal the physical February rewards in a few days!

Today i started work on the chocolate covered strawberry dittos for the Valentine's day shop update!




These are very time consuming to make because not only are they double sided but they also have leaves that are sewn into the top. These leaves come on a roll and i have to cut them all out 1 by 1 and burn the cut edge to seal it 😩

I received this pic of the final design of my sweetheart ditto pin set today! 😍 there's been a delay but covid is really bad in China right now, so very understandable!
They will go into production now and I'm still shooting for January 28 for the valentines day shop update! 🤞🤞

Inventory day 2 & looking back at 2022

today i've been doing inventory again! as i was looking back to double check all the fabrics i used, i decided to make my 2022 summary of art!

i'm so happy i was able to be so productive this year and complete a project every month, not including all the dittos in between everything!

Inventory day 1 🫠

Its inventory time over here at my sewing room 🫠 since I'm a registered business i have to record how much of every material i used for tax purposes which requires measuring every cut of fabric i have, and all of these boxes are stuffed to the brim with fabric.. and that's not all of it, either!! So, it takes a long time to say the least 🙃

Prepping for the full launch of my Patreon!

happy wednesday! today i've been working on more things for the full launch of my patreon! i'll have a long post about the physical reward tiers coming soon with more info & questions related to it. i also recorded a video for youtube to update my audience there that i've become a full time plush maker and launched a patreon!

Howdy pardner! 🤠

Today I'm finishing up the cowboy dittos! I sewed together the last few to make up for the seconds grades from yesterday.

I also finished cutting out all the vests with my silhouette cameo (i love you so much, cameo...) Unfortunately i can't get it to cut the scarf fabric without shredding so I'll have to cut those by hand 😵‍

Back to work today on the cowboy dittos since i finally received the fabric (also snuck in a couple vday sugar cookie dittos before they arrived)..
But OMG today was the most frustrating day! I'm quickly learning how much of a diva my new machine is - i had about every issue related to embroidery possible today when trying to stitch out these cowboys. We're definitely going through some growing pains while getting to know each other!

Playing with my new toy!

Spent all day playing with my new machine! 👀 since I'm still waiting on the fabric for the cowboy dittos i stitched out some of last year's valentines day dittos that will be returning, and started designing the february patreon ditto plush reward as well!
I'll be recording a mini tutorial on how to sew donut shapes when i finish sewing the donut plush since that process seems impossible at first - but it's easy once you get the hang of it!

January's sticker design!

Smores ditto is January's sticker design! It's approximately 2"x2" and made with a glossy finish~
My stickers will be available in the following tiers that will go live the morning of January 1:

• $5 sticker tier
• $10 sticker, tips & tutorials tier
• Both domestic & international ditto plush tiers (still working out pricing!)

My ditto plush tiers will be very limited but the sticker tier will be unlimited!

Yep, i hyperfixated on upgrading and ordered her about a week ago. Its a major upgrade for me from a 5x7 hoop area to an 8x14!! 😳
I'll make a post about all my thoughts after i use it for a while!
