I wanted to draw up promo posters for STAR GIRL (gonna drop these on social media eventually), and there are a couple movies/shows I found pretty fitting to pay homage to. One might be a more obvious reference than the other.
Essentially, you could say that the story from a certain character's POV is Madoka Magica. From another character's POV, it's Perfect Blue. This bodes well for the ending! (It does not.)

Here are the rest of the sketches for this mini-arc! I hadn't planned on it taking 2 chapters, but I'm not surprised it did. I'm excited to get to the next chapter, though! Everything is getting more plot-heavy from here on out.

A certain oneshot-in-the-works has an official page count! 74 pages total–less than I estimated, thank goodness. I'm halfway done coloring it as well!
