As far as I am aware, the one mod of mine needing an immediate update is Antivaxxer Addon because events were changed in this update.
Report any LE's or issues related to my mods to me, should more mods need an update.
Right now I have a lot of irl stuff going on, so I'm taking some time offline to get that sorted.
UPDATE: I'm not entirely sure what the situation for the new version of SOL will be in regards to Preventable Diseases, but if you updated to the new version, please feel free to use this build.

LMS uploaded a great fix for showers preventing hygiene gain, but it overrides the cold shower xml that Menopause mod alters. Because Menopause mod was updated last patch, the xml is untouched by EA and should work. You can either: put Milestones Menopause and its script in a folder starting with a letter that comes before the starting letter of the folder where you put the shower fix, go without cold showers for menopause experiencing sims going through hot flashes until the bug is fixed, or...

Sims going through menopause currently no longer can use cold showers when not meeting the game's current criteria but don't worry! I learned how to make a script for a future update that will make it easier when patch days come around....

Other mods of mine might need fixing, but I'm not sure; origin is not fond of this update and my internet connection so updating my game might take a bit longer.
Here is a rundown of each package, subject to change/expand before release:
Teething:
-Toddlers will occasionally start teething
-The experience is painful and, depending on their traits, they will be either angry or sad
-Teething toddlers in pain have a chance of running a fever, which will also make them angry or sad

Once that's done, it'll move on swimmingly!
