Believe it or not but it's 3 year ago when we closed down the worst exchange office in Prague, the infamous Chequepoint or as we called it the mothership of all the tourist traps. These guys were so impudent that they'd give you 15 CZK for 1 EUR (that is 42 % commission!!!). So incredibly happy these guys are gone, the Czech National Bank took away their license and I believe that our pressure played a big role in it.
