New Public update, Contest and an important announcement

First off, the new public update of Evebloom is now available for everyone to download from the public page. Just look in the about section.

Rachel's events are now in the game and the link should have been given to Patrons in the post before this one. The same issues that plagued last release are in this version too, but they might be getting fixed soon, keyword being "might", since completing the 2nd week is higher on my list.

This version contains the first Ms. Marsh events.

The 2nd event is different depending on your choices to that point. There is only 2 versions, so don't get too experimental. 

Next is the most popular character, Rachel's events. Speaking of, I think I'll make another popularity poll once I finish the 2nd week. Something to keep me motivated!

Issue with current version found

Some of you may already know this if you've read the comments for the announcement of the new update, but there is a pretty big problem with the new content.

During either of Ms. Marsh's new events, if you save and try to load the event, then you will be able to finish the event, but the game will not continue onward. For the first event, your supposed to move to the next day. For the second, you return to the title screen. Neither of these happen if you save during the events and you h...

Important update. No, for real.

I legitimately finished putting Ms. Marsh's events into the game at 2 in the morning on April Fools. Therefore, the April fools joke is that... there is no April fools joke.

December 13th was the last time I received a message from my artist. They did not say they were going to busy or anything over the holidays.

I'm hoping this is just them blowing me off, as awful as that is to think, only because that means nothing serious happened to them. Well-being is pretty important.

Since I decided to do smaller updates, the next update will probably be the "choice" for April 11th and 12th defaulting to Ms. Marsh with her events.

I'm already taking steps to get the stuff in the game. I think I'm missing a few character model expressions but not too much? Either way, one step at a time and all that.

Next writing stream

There's going to be a writing stream on Sunday because I'm busy tomorrow. I'll be doing Ms. Marsh's character events first, then Rachel's, then Carol's. This is keeping in order with the demo releases.
