Meet Lorona

 Aight, I know it rhymes with Corona, but she's named after the La Llorona folktale, the weeping (wailing?) woman. Anyways, we got a new pup this past weekend and I figured you guys would want to see her.

Shes been great so far besides the normal puppy troubles but thats all to be expected. We *almost* renamed her to "Betty" which would have been pretty apt, but we had been calling her Lorona for a few days already. I think the names stuck.

Ai Dungeon audio clip

 Just a little test of this AI Dungeon thing. I haven't really messed around with the audio levels all so much in here so the music/sounds may be too loud or quiet. Lemme know if you think this is something I should continue, eh?

Minefortress, A promising-looking minecraft mod

 Heya. Just found out about this mod here (Thanks TazerJMarks) and thought maybe i'd spread the word a little bit. I haven't tried it myself, but it looks promising.

Supposedly you control a group of minecraft Steves in Dwarf Fortress fashion and try to survive. From what I understand, the developer is trying to make it as similar to Dwarf Fortress as possible, but I don't know how much it crosses over exactly. It would be very cool to be able to import DF maps, but I don't know...

New years updates n' stuff- No video this Thursday

Heyy y'bastids. Going to attempt to be a bit more active this year. 2021 was sort of weird for me I guess. Remember, I kinda stopped working like a psycho at the start of it and now am trying to work in a more 'normal' manner. It's been pretty positive overall, but having time to think has really opened up some things. Yeah it's just been weird overall.

Regardless, I hope to be more active here, in discord and in the youtube comments again  ...

Heyyyy had a bunch of fun with the pics this week. You know, I think it had a lot to do with me sitting out in the kitchen instead of my gloomy office for a change. As small a change as that is, it really seemed to help out a bit for some reason.

Was pretty inspired by mario/luigi or maybe wario/waluigi for those two bogies with the staves...which is retrotrospect makes their deaths a little darker..lol..

Hitting that point in the series where i'm starting to run out of new and interestign things to draw which is a real shame. I do like th epumpkins, but drawing the same faces over and over does get a bit tedious. It has been a fun challenge to try to convey their emotions through body posture and stuff though. thats not normally somethign I have to think about so much , so it's probably good i'm forced to do it now.
