With the initial chaos coming to an end, the time has come to reinforce our coastal home. Temples, workshops, homes and most importantly...defenses. Lets just hope we can get it all done in time.

Certainly a welcome change of scenery here! It was nice to be able to draw all those animals and of course..the fey folk. Looking forward to scattering those little monster through the pictures in upcoming episodes, actually. I had noticed that a large amount of the rocks in the area are limestone and while looking at limestone pics, I noticed it can have a bit of a pockmarked appearance sometimes. I figured it'd be cool to see a lot of that in the scenery.

Day 4 without power. If it had come back this morning I could have had a decent swing at getting this episode out on time, but as it is, there would be no possible way I could get it done for Thursday. For now, we can expect a day's delay at least assuming it comes back early tomorrow, but I'm afraid things are a bit up in the air for now.

Right, so as per the new schedule, there won't be a video tomorrow morn. This isn't the snag though.
We had a pretty bad windstorm yesterday and most of town has been without electricity and internet for about 24 hours now (including us) and their estimates for when it'll be back on are preeeeetty awful. I've heard anywhere from 3-10 days, though I'm thinking that's a stretch. In any case, we'll play it by ear. I may have to delay the next video depending what happens. Just figured ...

Figured i'd change it up a little. I made it look like the floors/walls are made of wooden logs, but that might change in the future as we start using more stone.
Here's what it'll look like in-game. Haven't done anything with the colors yet, but I might end up tweaking them a bit.

Lotta pics in here. A lot of those smaller floating pics. I think they go a bit better with adventure mode s lot of the time just because most of the time there is something on screen that you'll want to keep track of unlike in fort mode.

Wow, those chat box things are a pain to set up! Thats what caused the delay think, I had improperly gauged how long it'd take to get them all set up. Though, i think i've got a better way to do it for next episode hopefully!
