Invincible FULL REACTION 2x1 - "A Lesson for Your Next Life"

What a premiere. This show is really excellent at juggling a bunch of different storylines and having them all be compelling and important to the central idea of the story. This episode filled us in on the comings and goings of our characters 1 month after Omni-Man's disappearance. It does a wonderful job showing the emotional states that our cast has been left in, and also brings back all the fun faces we remember from last season. Can't wait to see more!

The Last of Us 1x8 FULL REACTION - "When We Are In Need"

Wowie oh wowie. I think we both agree that this was the best episode of the Last of Us so far. Absolutely the most gore, the most tension, and the most outrageous climax that we've seen from this show! Some INCREDIBLE acting from Bella Ramsey, as well (and as always). We can't get enough of it (even if we have to look away during the gorey parts).

Everything Great About the Sopranos 3x11 - "Pine Barrens"

This is pretty much everyone's favorite episode of the Sopranos, and for good reason. It has an insanely good mix of comedy and drama, leaving my mouth wide open in shock after some scenes, and then leaving me dying of laughter in the next. Few shows can strike a balance like this, and this episode is probably some of the best balancing this show does in its 7 seasons.

Personally, this isn't my favorite episode of the show. But it is SO easy to see why so many people consider it the bes...

The Last of Us FULL TIME REACTION 1x7 - "Left Behind"

We've been dreading this episode for a while...because we knew it would break our hearts. And it did! ...Yay? Either way, a fantastic episode that gives us a TON of insight into who Ellie is and how she grew into the person that Joel met. Storm Reid also KILLS as Riley (as she does with every role honestly) and is a shining light that guides Ellie throughout this episode and, presumably, throughout most of her life. It's easy to see why Ellie likes and respects her so much. Plus: gay!

Everything Great About Avatar: The Last Airbender 2x6 - "The Blind Bandit"

SUCH an incredible episode. I've been working my way through Avatar for a while now, but I've always waited to be able to do this episode specifically. It's so well done and is probably the best way to introduce this new character to the team. Not only is she an INSTANT fit, but she also is insanely powerful and extremely compelling. The Last of Us FULL TIMER REACTION (1x06) - "Kin"

A really nice, calmer episode after the hellfire that was the last one. Lots of character building and examinations of the core relationships of our group. We really enjoyed the Tommy and Joel drama, and felt that their dialogue and arguments extremely natural and understanding. Plus, they are so emotionally intelligent! Such a great depiction of gruff, mature men, allowing them to be emotional like this. It's not often we get to see the person in the "protector" role have a panic attack, but...

What a heartbreaking episode...again. This show never fails to make you fall in love with characters in less than a couple episodes, and then taking them away just as quickly. Of course, the game did the same thing, but this show is doing an excellent job adapting that into long-form media. 

And the performances just BREAK our hearts. Sam and Henry were such full, vibrant, KIND characters. Losing them is just as tough as losing Tess, perhaps even moreso. Plus, Bella Ramsey's depict...

I really loved this special, and though it was lacking in animation for the first half, it really is well written and builds to a fantastic climax. I love how much context this gives for Eve's character, and, as always, it builds the world up in a really fantastic way!

Why the "Hidden Inventory" Arc is THE BEST of Jujutsu Kaisen

After making that wins video, I just couldn't resist going forward and talking about the entire arc. It was truly a joy to watch all the way through and was packed with fun moments, excellent storytelling, and absolutely EXPERT character development. What an adrenaline ride! It's always interesting in apocalypse shows when they spend time on the other people, rather than the obvious threat of monsters. From what we can tell so far, these two and the group they're running from ought to provide a really fun story arc! I don't remember much about Sam and Henry from the game, so I'm fully expecting to get my heart broken next episode. Yay...

Last of Us 1x3 FULL TIME REACTION - "Long, Long Time"

It's here! The long-awaited, emotionally-fueled, gay episode! We've been wanting to get to this one for a while, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. I mean...I cried a lot. Like the most I've cried in a while. Not a full sob, but ya know.
