Hey guys, this flash dll file should work now, (extract and put in scripts folder after downloading flash.oiv) later when i have more time I will create a whole OIV for it. But I am updating a lot of things right now and just came back from trip so I have to do other things as well.

-Updated fly which makes it feel smoother
-Fix game crash issue when using laser vision
-Execute pad works way better now, doesn't feel glitchy or buggy and works as it should.
-Updated flight, feels more natural
-Lightning strike has improved immensely. Three lightning bolts now, instead of explosion it plays lightning effect. Also has different explosion sound.

-Fixed bug where when you left click, gameplayer wont play attack anim sometimes.
- Fixed bug where when you throw ped, gameplayer moves with it.
-When you press space/jump while sprinting you go to fly mode.

-In .ini there is an option to change laser slicer model and laser beam/blast model: so now you can use JulioNIB's Ultimate Superman laser if you want or your own.
-Game Player won't be thrown or applied force when you throw a ped: bug fix
- In ini there is two laser sound options: if sound1 = false then sound2 is active, if sound1 = true then sound1 is active.
