Heya!

This week has been pretty uneventful with regards to the game, but I finally got all the parts for my new rig! It’s a really big upgrade for me, especially the four-fold increase in RAM and a separate SSD for the rendering software. Now I won’t have to spend so much time crying while the scenes load in the editor or when I have to cold start the whole Adobe suite for the hundredth time after running out of memory and having to close everything but the editor. 0.4 Development Update 7

Hey, folks.

Let’s start with the elephant in the room. Yes, the v0.4.1 alpha was not ready on time again. I understand that this must be frustrating for you. I am sorry.

From now on I will at the very least try to stop setting unrealistic expectations. I keep thinking “well, this time I’ll get this update done super quick”, and it seems that I just can’t do that. So, I’m not going to pretend like I will get v0.4.2 out in one week, expect it no sooner than in two weeks....

0.4.1 Alpha 2 Download Links

Alpha 2 is out, all the planned content is there. New events: third one in Cait's new arc, and a small shower HJ scene with her. I also noticed a few issues with the full rollback, namely, timeskip and some fast travel routes are inconsistent when using roll back/forward, but it doesn't break the game itself as far as I'm aware. Haven't been able to fix those issues yet, will probably get the fix into the v0.4.2, maybe will backport it to 0.4.1b/r versions.

Hey folks!

v0.4.0 is now in beta. If you have beta access, grab it. If you don’t, it’ll be in early access in a week. There are a few minor changes there compared to alpha, new main menu, stuff like that.
