A quick not so quick exercise, its late. I dont hate it but I also dont like it either, I think its the eyes, they are too big! but honestly its overall fine but as artist we always nitpick our own work. Im just glad I decided to stick to it until the very end even if it didnt feel like a 100% win for me aside from learning some new methods. hope you guys like it!

As I mentioned before Lily’s memories are these orbs that glow, and she tries to collect them to understand her core memory, the memories that are important to her she must choose if she’s willing to hold onto it, or let go of it forever. Understand if she lets goals these memories. She lets go over a piece of herself, which is not good, but sometimes their memories she’s not willing to forget, and there is some that she is. And there are some that are stolen from her.

I started on the sketch earlier this month, it was based on an Art Deco poster. I wanted to try to make it as close to the reference but half way I gave up and just focused on the pose, I made her moth/butterfly wings bigger but it made the entire piece awkward so I decided to not go with that idea.
