As an extension of my 1-tile Hamptons Wallpapers, I created these 3- tile walls that come with and without baseboards. I really wanted to achieve an elegant and traditional feel but still maintain a calming and neutral palette.

It seems like there is an ongoing issue with some (if not all) downloads on SimFileShare. Once you click to download you may get an error that reads: "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" but if you click your browser's back button the download may go through.
It seems that the owner of S4S has been made aware of the issue so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Hello Lovelies!
Here are 17 (yes, s e v e n t e e n ) build items from Eco Lifestyle all spruced up (and in some cases distressed) in my Restoration Hardware wood finishes.
Each item comes in all ten wood tones with the option of dark or light accents as well as all-wood.
(Making all the previews was murder, so sorry this took so long to release).

I love these windows from the Eco Lifestyle pack but I immediately wished for a version with see-through glass.
So voila!
For starters, here are both the short and medium height windows in the original EA colours (plus a bonus white one). I'm thinking of releasing them in the RH pallet too ;)

Here is the Eco Lifestyle outdoor sofa in some new swatches ( I kept the original wood tones). I removed the EA "burlap" graphics and added some simple, neutral options as well as some new patterns.

This little project was a labour of love that took me four days to complete! I have to say that I enjoy the final product but boy-oh-boy, making wallpapers is a tedious business.
There are 9 files each with 6 walls/swatches each for a total of 54 walls! Each of the 9 themes is based on a beautiful 4-tile, seamless wallpaper, a half wall/paint option, and a coordinating painted wall. Then they all come in a version with a crown moulding or not. I've included all the in-game screens...

Some of the very first CC I ever made (and shared) was the Cutie Pie Kids Set. I still love that set but I've learned soooo much about recolouring and making CC since then that it was really fun to take on another kid-themed project this month.
This set features—you guessed it—llamas!
There are 7 items (I've listed the requirements for each)
eThis week I learned how to create multi-tile wallpaper and I'm super excited to share this first collection with you :)
These are 100% seamless, 4-tile wallpapers with a spring motif. There are 6 wallpapers all together and you'll see that the first two, second two and last two are complimentary to one another. The last two deer-themed walls are meant to be used together to build a sort of mural.

For those of you who live up in Canada, you'll be familiar with (Chapters) Indigo. This is one of my favourite stores. I really miss shopping there and can't wait for the stores to reopen when the pandemic is over. In the meantime, at least we have online shopping! These new-ish base game items were in need of a makeover and I was inspired to make something that suited a dreamy, beachside patio. I also noticed that the chair wasn't a dining chair which didn't make a lot of sense to me, so I set out to convert it from a living chair to a dining chair. I got some help from the community over at Sims4Studio otherwise I wouldn't have figured it out. So a big thanks to those guys over there!

It's been a long, long time since I shared a build. With social distancing this last week I have a bit more time at home so I decided to build :)
This is a Tier 2 Tiny Home with a furnished value of $51,121. It has one bedroom and one bathroom.
