It's been a while since I added to my Restoration Hardware Collection, so I thought I'd work on some new items.
This room divider is actually the first piece in my outdoor set but can be used anywhere you like, indoor or outdoor.
It's only two weeks to Easter! Time to decorate with these lovely Easter bunny throw pillows. Based on Peacemaker's Myra Throw Pillow, be sure to grab the original mesh for this to work.

This partially furnished, 2-story Picket Fence Victorian features 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The back of the house has a large wrap around porch and a fully fenced yard.
When I build this house I could envision a sweet granny living here... tending her garden and keeping a wary eye on all the neighbours.

Have I mentioned how much I love the new Strangerville build items?!
I was inspired to build this stately home on the Plateau Place lot, although you can place it on any 40x30 sized lot.
This home features a spacious main floor with furnished kitchen, second floor bedrooms and bath and an accessible attic with bonus rooms. The driveway leads to a detached carriage house, with an underground fallout shelter (just in case).

Playing the new Strangerville pack I realized that I needed Mulder's "I Want to Believe" poster in my game.
I made two versions. The taller poster above the computer desk is V1 and the small one above the filing cabinet is V2. They both work really nicely scaled up if you prefer a bigger size.
Each poster comes in an English and Simlish version.

I'm really blown away by the new beautiful build items that came with the Strangerville Game Pack so obviously I needed to have centered (2-tile) versions.
Here are five windows plus one door to help make your builds just a little more symmetrical.
I haven't done CAS items in quite a while so I thought I'd mix it up this month for you.

With the recent cold temperatures plaguing much of North America I think a lot of us are dreaming of warmer weather. So this month I was inspired to create a Palm Springs-esque Mid Century Modern rancher.
This home features an open concept living/dining/kitchen floor plan plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also some great outdoor spaces for lounging, playing and entertaining.

I hope you like this new add-on kids room series to the RH Collection! There are 9 objects all together, each come in at least three wood tones. For the bedding and curtains there are 10 patterns (in each wood tone) so you'll have lots of options decorating your kiddies bedrooms :)

Hello Lovlies! For my December build I went to work on a country-style craftsman. This is the bare minimum amount of CC I could do, which you may find a bit funny. There's still a lot but compared to my last build, I think I did pretty well ;)
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan concept on the main floor, the Country Craftsman also has a detached garage, which is just perfect for a future expansion.

I thought I’d try something a little edgy. I wanted this sink to look like it’s made from two reclaimed slabs of wood as the supports. I hope you like it!
It comes in all ten RH Collection Wood finishes as well as both white and black marble sink basins.
A simple recolour of the Parenthood brick fireplace that really does the trick. It comes in all ten of my RH Collection wood finishes.
