The Country Craftsman (Dec. 2018)

Hello Lovlies! For my December build I went to work on a country-style craftsman. This is the bare minimum amount of CC I could do, which you may find a bit funny. There's still a lot but compared to my last build, I think I did pretty well ;)

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan concept on the main floor, the Country Craftsman also has a detached garage, which is just perfect for a future expansion.

The fully landscaped and fenced yard contains a large swimming pool, hot tub, garden and bee hives.

I recommend placing the lot in Sable Square within Brindleton Bay, specifically it was build for the It's a Good House lot but feel free to place it wherever you like. You'll need at least a 40x30 sized lot.

The main floor is fully furnished and the second floor bathrooms and laundry room have been furnished as well, leaving you with the two upstairs bedrooms to decorate yourself :)
