I said I was gonna take my time with this one.
i sorta still plan to, but I gotta work on some other things now, so it’s ‘done’ for now.
This was a really fun one, thank you everyone who came to hang.

I sped up a video of my inking process for one of my comic panels for your enjoyment.
Originally I intended to have some voice over to this, but I unfortunately don't have the time this weekend. hopefully the video is interesting enough on its own. 😅

slow goings because of life reasons. but here is where it is right now.
I feel like I keep adding more and more detail to the inks every time I do one of these; that likely contributes to why it takes me so long to draw them haha.
initially I started these to do something that wasn't super stressful and hard to draw; and I ended up making it hard to draw anyway. lol
the second I start inking this, I know I'm gonna regret how sloppy pencils these are lol.

Quick and rough animation I did the other day for fun; it‘s just a quick one second loop.
I haven’t animated anything in literal years, so this felt good to do.
The PSD that includes the frames is attached to the post.
Another one of these super large images with lots of sketches on it. haha.
lots of figure drawing and some OC doodles.
The pencils for the 'Cruel Memory' drawing are also in here on the upper right.

When i set up my stream on the 11th, streamlabs didn’t record the audio from my microphone. I had unplugged it and plugged it back in to get it to be recognized at all just prior to the stream, but it didn’t actually capture the sound. Rebooting my computer fixed the problem in streamlabs afterwards, but I can’t get that original audio back sadly.

I changed the idea a couple times during this, even colored one panel haha.
As mentioned before, this moment isn’t necessarily canon to the main story, but we all know that these two end up pretty close at some point.

just doodling on this for me lately. This moment isn’t necessarily cannon to the comic, but there’s already art of them in situations like this so I feel like it’s not really a spoiler to know they end up close.
I’d like to add some color and backgrounds to this soonish if I can find the time in the next couple weeks.
I really enjoy drawing moments like this so this has been fun.
EDIT: i ended up doing a screen toned version of it instead and coloring just one panel. 😅<...

I know this month is paused, but I felt weird not sharing anything at all.
I did my best to fit this in between all the life stuff I'm working on atm.
Good news is that everything is mostly resolved, just a few smaller things need taking care of now.
It's just some visual symbolism for Sidca's backstory.
If I say more than that, it's spoilers haha.

the title is tentative right now, the idea is just that his scars are covered by flowers that relate to the events of their acquisition.
