Sonic Adventure Compilation Album Announcement
A compilation album I'm on is up for pre order today. Its a Sonic Adventure 2 tribute double album. I did a melodic death metal esque version of Dry Lagoon which you can hear now on the album's Bandcamp page. It will be on Spotify next week and my video should be out on the 11th. OWLBEAR "Steel at my Side" - Mix 1
Yo. Yoooooo. The Owlbear album is being mixed so I'll be sharing updates on it as it happens. This version should be (almost) exactly how the song sounds upon final release, there are very minor volume adjustments I might make but we'll see once I listen to it more. We're really going for the trad metal sound of excessive reverb on everything as if it was recorded in 1985. Last week I got to be a part of this remix of "Route 209" from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl arranged by Noteblock (who is also the person that organized the Smash Ultimate medley I was in last month). It's my favorite song from the game, so I was very excited that I was asked to do all of the rhythm and lead guitar work for it. I'll be releasing my own mix of the song later this week with variations on the guitars, drums, and mix, but until then enjoy the more synth heavy version!
