Patreon and Mexican taxes

Appearantly patreon is requesting me to have a working tax number (which I don't have since I've not worked in a while) and when I tried to enter the old one I had back in the day was rejected. Now it seems like patreon is gonna whithold 20% of my earnings as 'tax reduction'. I don't know how to fix that without getting into a messy situation with Mexican tax collectors. The first personal project I wanna do is the final chapter of blood bonds. This is a raw sketch of page 1.

I’m writing it in Spanish cuz it’s my native language and that helps me be more cohesive while doing it.

New tier and it's reasoning

I made a new 40 usd. tier exclusively for supporting my personal projects.
That's besides the patreon dynamics and commissions. The idea is so I have to take less commissions and be able to work on personal work. Patreon is my main source of income at the moment followed by commissions. Lately I've been doing terrible here and I've been forced to take more commissions but I can't do personal projects like finishing blood bonds.
