Anim update

 screwed myself on this one. Ears and tail. I should have draw them with the main poses. Gotta clean that. And continue softening the motion. Otherwise the inbetweens are done.

This shot is definitely helping learn for the shots to come. Not too bad when I can only spend about 1hr a day painting and learning this stuff. :) Wish I had more time.

Re drew it completely. Maybe later I'll do some in-betweens and make it so the motion doesn't feel like jello. And add the rest of her details.

Anim Update

Going to start learning anim on some easy scenes for this animation. I know her proportions are Waaaaayy off. I started with an angle in mind and then changed it part way through. Got to rearrange her body and lengthen everything.

I don’t think this is my next paint. But it will certainly be a final :) I have to paint them fucking next as I agreed 😈

Fur practice paint

This paint is just for me to experiment with fur. It will have a variant that resembles Cathy from Sirocs comic. A twitter poll voted for Judy. But I realised Judy doesn’t have long hair that I wanted to practice on. So painting her cause I feel bad she was in the poll without me realizing.

First Test in Clip Studio Paint

Animating in Procreate on an ipad had a lot of limitations. Can't believe I fluked off the cowgirl scene.

Did a quick test. This shot also resembles a scene I imagined where Nick humorously tells Judy to be sexier. Judy is supposed to be awkward about it. And may strike a couple poses.

Unexpected paint WIP

Didn’t think I would get carried away so fast painting this. I tried new things. A new brush. A new way to paint sharper edges. And a new way to sketch proportions. I started throwing paint down to test my new brush and blend method. Got carried away and now I’m almost done 😋

Life happened again and I hopefully will have time to finish my current Judy paint.

But during my work break earlier I got to quickly sketch out a possible next paint. Might be sketch them at a slightly different angle. And because their limbs have weird shapes.
