2024 has been a year of disappointment and frustration regarding how my art is perceived. I even pulled a brake on The Fox's wedding because of the void of reception it has from everywhere... I need to refill my passion battery, because I only run on that.
The come back of pin-ups had a similar feeling. Why should I try something that speaks to my artistic voice? It's pointless. No one appreciates it.
So I went with the cheapest and most cliché trick on the book...

been needing a stretch!!! it's the final day of carnaval and I didn't do much in the holiday
Edit: a friend said to me earlier this month that February was the month for valentine's! That's why I did this yesterday. Though I only discovered it was today well, today! So I went and posted it. It's my first time being on time. Valentine's is on june over here in Brazil ao I always miss it.

Tricking him into delivering gifts as invitation for their wedding, the priest kills the supposed guests to be the Fox's wedding buffet - unaware of his actions.

the script for the first pages is already solidified. Time to work on the pages!
wanted to test this scene where Remus reveals the Fox's true form by pointing his ring to him.
The drapery study today had a pose that made me thing of it, so I went with the flow.
The dialogue is this:
Remus: Here it is!!!

Using Dynamic Wrinkles and Drapery by Burne Hogarth to practice today! Drapery is something I want to get better on, so I made studies based on the plates of the book.
I personally love how Hogarth draws and explains things - his exagerated, over the top shapes talk to they way I also do my things, so....
