As you can see, it once again breaks our record for the longest script and has a hefty number of animations, coming in at eight separate ones. On top of that, we have a new character joining the cast. We look forward to hearing what you think of her 😊
Also, we made a few additions to the game that we want to note. The first of which is a translation for all of our Spanish-speaking fans! This comes to you because of the efforts of two fans, Zargot and Miriada, so we’d like to thank them for their efforts. For now, Episode 01 is available, but we hope to release subsequent episodes with further game releases.
But that’s not all! Over the last few months, several fans have requested the ability to still view Luna's feeling about Vargas while playing the game in Limited Status mode, so we have given you the ability to do just that. This can be enabled in the Status section of the Settings menu. Enjoy!

As always, we are both grateful and humbled that you have decided to support the development of FUNS. We know that there was a bit of a wait between Episodes 07 and 08, which is primarily due to the number of animations we added and the amount of story we decided to tell in this release. However, in the end we are pleased with the result, and we hope you are too!
Looking forward to Episode 09, our current plan is for it to be shorter than Episode 08, so with any luck it will be out a bit quicker next time. That being said, we’ve had similar plans before and then created some of our biggest episodes ever, so it’s hard to tell until we get a bit deeper into development. We will have a much firmer idea of how things will go after a week or two of work.

Hey everyone!
As promised, we are here to give you an update before the end of January.
Unfortunately, the episode isn’t ready for today, although we were trying desperately to complete it before the end of the month. However, as we were doing that this afternoon, we realized we were falling into our usual trap of rushing and considering cutting things to try to meet an arbitrary deadline again.
So, after some discussion, we decided to set Episode 08’s release date for February 5th (UTC). This will allow us the time we require to finish the last bits of work on the update and give it an appropriate amount of polish before you all get to see it.
And trust us, there will be a lot to see.

Things are back in full swing at the Azienda offices (our respective bedrooms/living rooms) and we are hard at work on Episode 08. Here is an update on our progress:

As we mentioned last time, we are currently planning to include eight animations into the episode, one of which is going to be particularly complex, so while things are progressing nicely, we still have a fair amount of work to do.
On that note, we want to follow up on our recent posts about the schedule. After taking some more time to reflect, and with your feedback in mind, our priority going forward is to make the episode exactly how we want it, without sacrificing the quality or quantity of the content involved, which means we will no longer be following the old schedule. That being said, we feel confident in saying Episode 08 is still planned for a January release.
We will keep you appraised as things continue to develop. Who knows… Maybe we’ll even have an art preview to accompany the next post!

Hey everyone! 💜
We are back with another Christmas themed illustration of Luna. This one is a bit hotter than the last one though (literally🔥🥵). We sketched two versions of this image with nearly identical poses and originally planned to finish just one, but we liked both enough to complete them 😌
We also want to thank you for the extremely supportive feedback on our last post, both here and on Discord. It truly meant a lot to us and gave us a big motivation boost. Our biggest takeaways were staying focused on quality, working at a sustainable pace, and keeping communication clear so you have a good sense of how things are progressing. We certainly understand that desire, so we will continue doing exactly that!

Hope you are having a great December, and those of you that celebrate are easing into the holiday season! We’re back again today with a progress update for all of you:

So, as you can see, we have a pretty full update planned, including the formal introduction of a new major character, complete with a new sprite. Since she's going to have more impact on the story than other newer characters, she’ll have a wider selection of expressions, and we need to structure the file to make future additions easier.
That being said, there is something important we want to address today.
Earlier this year, we realized that releasing an update every 30 days was simply not realistic for a project like FUNS. Because of that, we communicated an updated estimate of roughly 35 to 40 days per release, with the intention of keeping everyone informed and warning you in advance if we expected to go beyond that window.
What ended up happening, however, is that during the development of the last episode, the 40-day estimate started to feel like a hard deadline, both for the community and for us internally. This created a kind of pressure that has not been great for the project. We have found ourselves asking questions like whether a CG should be animated or kept as a still, or whether certain ideas should be cut entirely, not because they were bad, but simply to avoid extending development time too much.
In order to stay within the estimated 40-day window, we ended up working nonstop during the final two weeks. That approach not only took a toll on us, but also resulted in an update that required a follow-up fix to version 0.7.1. Furthermore, during that time, some members of our team received constant messages asking for the update as we got closer to release, so much so that it started impeding work.
Overall, we feel that working under constant pressure is not good for the game, and it is also not good for us. We want to be able to deliver the best NTR VN we can, ideally without feeling constrained by deadlines that push us to rush or compromise on quality or quantity, however we also don’t want to go too far in the other direction where the time between episodes extends too much.
As always, we would really appreciate hearing your thoughts on this, and thank you for your continued support and understanding.

It will just be a bit less longwinded about it. More sexy per word, if you like to think about it that way 😌

As you can see, we are still hard at work making what is going to be our largest and most demanding update so far. In particular, the animations have been logistically difficult, but things are progressing nicely.
That being said, we have slightly expanded the scope of the update to add a little extra touch to an important scene. Although we went back and forth about it, we think that without including it, we would not be delivering the experience we want to. So, despite the fact that we are pretty close to our estimated delivery date, we have committed to adding that. As a result, we thought you should know that there is a possibility that it might not arrive in the window we are targeting. If it doesn’t, we believe it will not take any longer than the end of the month (to be generous).
Although we know some of you might be a bit disappointed, please know that we are doing this to make FUNS as high-quality as we can and we do not want to regret releasing something in an unfinished or unpolished state.

Alright! Now that the big news that everyone has been waiting for is out of the way, there are some smaller things to take care of.
The first is that we have added a new feature that might be helpful in this update. Basically, we know that sometimes you do not want to have to open up the Status menu each time Luna’s feelings on Aiden or Vargas change. That anticipation of opening up the menu to see what you’ll find can be appealing for some, but a nuisance to others.
So, as a matter of convenience, we have added hotkeys to allow users to make Luna’s feelings on Aiden or Vargas appear on-screen whenever they wish. Simply press K to make her feelings on Aiden appear and L for Vargas. Then, if you want to hide those feelings, just press K or L again.
This feature automatically adapts to the mode you are playing, for example the hotkeys won’t have any effect in the Hidden Status mode. In Limited Status you will see Luna’s feelings on Aiden, and in Full Status you can access both feelings.
The second is that we wanted to note that this episode has a bit more plot than the typical one. But do not worry! That does not mean it is lacking in the content that you guys are after. Just the opposite, really. You'll see what we mean when it's all said and done 😌

Hey everyone! 🙏
Hope you are all having a good September! We’ve been hard at work on Episode 06 and today we’ve come to present you with a status update and a couple of other pieces of news. We’ll start with a breakdown of our progress:

The writing on this one was slightly more complicated than previous episodes, so it had a bit of a slow start, but the pace should improve as we get further into the update. The art has been coming along nicely. The CGs are almost complete, and the animation process is in progress, although there is still a lot to do. In addition, there are a few new custom backgrounds we have commissioned directly for this update, which we quite like and hope you will enjoy as well!
The next piece of news is regarding our Patreon. We have been very flattered by the generosity that people have showed to us. Especially in recent months, people have been really going above and beyond, both as a group and individually. A growing number of people have asked if there was a way to support us even more, which is a very pleasant surprise. To cater to those people, we have introduced a new tier: Supernova. We want to make it clear from the beginning that it doesn’t provide anything special, as we do not want to make people feel pressured to give us large amounts of money on a monthly basis to get the complete experience as a fan of our work. It is a tier that is there solely for those that can afford to give extra and want to do so!
…Also it was a nice excuse for Operae to draw cute Luna face 😌

Finally, we want to highlight a very special person, whose work you have probably been admiring for a while: CyCaDeLiC.
If you have been hanging around the Azienda Discord the last couple of years, you might have encountered him. He’s friendly and passionate, and was always very encouraging to us, even during some of the leaner times later in TTP’s development.
In fact, it was in that period that he first approached us about perhaps helping us with… some of the areas we were not very good at. To be clear, those are our words, not his! We were never very good at advertising ourselves, so someone offering to do some pro bono video editing to help promote our new project was something we were cautiously interested in.
Well, we’ll cut to the chase. You’ve seen the results here every month promoting each new episode and we think that they have been outstanding. Exciting, mysterious and sexy, they make us excited for the release, even after a month of eating, breathing and sleeping FUNS.
So his help with that has been completely indispensable, but it didn’t end there. If you enjoyed the character bios or the look of the Status menu in FUNS, that was some of his graphic design handiwork. In addition, you may have noticed that over the last few updates, the number of animation variations has pretty dramatically increased. That is another example of Cy’s growing contributions to Azienda.
So, all this to say, CyCaDeLiC has been a major addition to the Azienda team for some time now, and we just wanted to take a moment to make that official! Thank you Cy for all of your help, and we look forward to continuing to work with you in the future!
Now, as we say goodbye for now, we just want to circle back and thank all of you for your continued support. You guys allow us to put food on our plates and, even more than that, now allow us to compensate other artists of all kinds that help make FUNS a special game. As things continue to grow, we hope to use those resources to make our projects even better. Things that have forever been on our wish list, such as more robust animations and translations, are now a reality, and we hope that other exciting possibilities we have dreamed of could become a reality as well. Only time will tell, but your support has brought many dreams within our grasp already, and we look forward to seeing what the future holds.

As you can see, this update has the usual complement of story updates and CGs, but more than anything is jam-packed full of animation variations. An absolute ton. More than twice the number of last month!
Why does it have so many… Well, you’ll have to boot the game up and find out for yourself! 😋
In addition to that, we’ve introduced a few quality of life updates we figured we’d bring to your attention:
You can now change the size of the X-Ray window by pressing the “X-ray Size” button on the shortcut bar or by pressing the “C” key on PC.
You can now press the “Z” key on PC versions to open up the Status menu.
You now get real time status notifications for changes to numerical values (so you won’t have to go to the menu to see if there has been an increase to the number of blowjobs Luna has given if you don’t want to).
On top of all that, we’ve added some additional capability to the X-Ray visuals which you will get to enjoy as we roll out over the next few episodes! So, overall quite a bit of stuff this update. We hope the wait will have been worth it!

If you are reading this, that means we’re probably already at work on Episode 06. As we mentioned in a post a few days ago, we suspect it will be finished in roughly 35-40 days, however we will not be shy to release it earlier if it is completed earlier!

We're sorry to make this post, but unfortunately we won’t be able to deliver an update today. We are very close and have been working through the weekend, but we aren't going to have enough time to finish development. In particular, the final testing and polish stage would be extremely rushed.
As such, please expect Episode 05 to be released this Friday, the 5th of September.
To go into things in a bit more detail: Obviously the increased scope of the animation in this update has given us a little more to deal with than we expected, but that is not the only factor. There have also been some last-minute rewrites which delayed production on those animation variations (Roughly totaling at 130 in Episode 05, compared to Episode 04’s 44), which ultimately ended up being the reason that we missed our internal goal of delivering the update by today.
As it turns out, the increased production value on FUNS compared to TTP has been a lot heavier on us than we expected. We knew it was going to be ambitious, and we are proud of the results, but it has been a significant challenge. We will continue to try to improve at our craft so that we will be able to deliver high quality updates in a more timely manner, but the long work days that some of our team members have currently been dealing with are not sustainable.
That being said, we’ve decided that we should warn you that going forward, it’s quite possible that updates may take 35-40 days to develop, rather than the ~30 from our previous project. That isn’t a guarantee that things will take longer, as we are working hard to curb that and consider it a priority, but we do not want to disappoint our fans with false promises. Additionally, if the episodes end up taking longer than that to produce, we will do our best to communicate that to you as far in advance as possible.

A few tidbits to share with you today, the first of which is this preview of Episode 05. Usually our previews are still images, but we figured today we would treat you to a tiny animation to help tide you over. Here it is:
Episode 05 Animation Preview (Music Warning)
Now, part of the reason we decided to preview an animation today is because of how prominently they figure into the next update. Originally, we started off our planning for Episode 05 with three animations. Then that climbed to four. Now we have five. That isn’t counting variations as well, which will be quite numerous.
All that considered, it is going to make the prospect of us releasing by the end of the month a bit tight. We did briefly consider cutting a scene so that we might release it earlier, but ultimately decided that wouldn’t be for the best and would make the update feel disjointed and incomplete. So we are pressing forward, attempting to complete the update before the end of the month, but we know it will be pretty close if that’s what ends up happening, and we figured you should know.
Before we head out, here is a look at our current progress:

Just a quick update today to let you know how our progress on Episode 05 is coming. Once again we are trying to pack this episode full of juicy scenes for you to enjoy, including many animations, so we still have a fair amount to do.
