Benefits Issue
Hello there Patrons! I do believe I have mostly solved the issue regarding the benefit package. It appears when everything changed over and the tiers changed it did affect the tiering systems. Everyone so far that has made mention of not getting their benefits appears to have remained at the old $12 tier. The $12 tier doesn't exist anymore.
For some reason Patreon doesn't automatically make it that if you are paying a certain level or more you should...
Not getting benefits?
I've heard a few people weren't getting their proper benefits - i.e. some of the $10 patrons weren't getting the posts for Brett & Kate, etc. If this is you! Please DM me so I can figure out what's going on with your account. Thank you! - PLD
