WebComic Preview

Hi and good start March to everybody!

I needed to share with you the progress of my work for my webcomic... Do you remember? The random story about the mage and his aliens/gremlins? According to my teacher's schedule I have to submit the complete prologue and the storyboard fo the first episode for March 6. 

I just finished to review the prologue's first three stripes ( three more to go) and I only have to add dialogues and onomatopoeias...

Joseph won the poll for the strip game on twitter... sadly I decided to complicate my life imagining him after the climbing of the Pillar... I hope he looks well oiled, like a turkish wrestler or an italian bruschetta. 

Portraits: noses

My art style is pretty weird, no one can convince me otherwise. But there’s one thing I like about it: how I draw noses. 

I have a problem (kink) with noses, so all my characters must have a reasonable nose. From left to right you can see Eugene Cousland ( my Warden from Dragon Age Originis), Nello Versace (V from Cyberpunk 2077) and Donnie Sabata (Red Dead Online)

Western AU: first meeting

Their first meeting. Ok, I have to explain something. When I saw the last cjc week prompts I sketched half of them for my western au, so we're going back in the story for this little episode to see... their first stare down. If you hear the classic trumpets of Ennio Morricone I made a good job.

Western AU Character Design: Stella

as I said in my story horses are important. Stella is Caesar's mount and she's a maremmano mare. 

Ok, history time: the maremmano is buttero's horse (along with the tolfetano) and one of my favorite breed. Do you know what' cool? It's avery ancient breed and its origins go back to the Etruscan age, it's a mix of arabian, berber and nordic horses. It's a little italian pride, a very hard worker BUT it demands an expret rider, a firm hand and respect.

CJC Week 2022 Day 4 "Kiss"

you know I’m stubborn and as I started the cjc week I want to finish all the prompts. 

In this case the kiss is not a kiss but the italian praline "Bacio". All the art aesthetic is inspired by the new Bacio advertising, so you can see at this picture and imagine Mattia Bazar singing "Per un'ora d'amore"

last days I was weeping afraind to have just ONE art ready for the cjc week. But no! I have TWO of them! Now we're talking...

COMMISSION: The Arcana MC Samsarah for Shinorisu

One of commissions I really love to draw is the new design for my friend Tanya (Shinorius on social media) and her MC Samsarah. 

She is now the offical ambassador with her Julian cosplay in the Arcana Game fandom and Dorian (the app who bought the game) asked her to write more stories with her MC too so we agreed Samsarah needed a little make over and I must admit I'm proud of the final result.

Donnie through the years

Guess what I did while I had covid. Yep, I played RDO a lot. And I've been thinking about my rdo outlaw. So I made this little design of him through the years, from his childhood through Saint Denis' streets to his adult age. There's a little bit of Franco Nero and Terence Hill in his deisgn.

Same story of the other poll. I've started many projects trying to get out from my art block, now I need your help to decide which one end first according to what you want to see. <3

because of covid I wasn't able to work as well as I would have liked, I had a bad art block, so I started many projects looking for the one that would help me find inspiration. So now I'm full of WIP and I have to decide which of these end first. 

It's not a poll to decide if I'm going to draw the art A, or the art B or art C, it'll only help me to organize the work and finish as first the one you'd love to see more.
