Lumber Jacking v0.8 :)

First version of v0.8!!!


This month I've been really focused on making a lot of improvements and improving things in the game, and I think I'm on the right track!


There were several things redone, improved, planned...


I still have plans for a some things in the next days, so things aren't over yet!

Oh boy! This month I was very excited!

Some of the things I did:

- I made a better system for item drops when destroying strucutres (which I can use in other places)

- Reworked "overworld-to-encounter", making it so enemies don't simply disappear when you return to the overworld

- The Cutscene system is now better (needed to improve it to add a gallery)


I will add more things to the changelog when I release this version! I'll release it on 10/21 :)

Art, cutscenes/CGs and future!!!

The sprites and animations aren't really the main task (and won't be for a while), for now I'm focusing on the current systems, like inventory, farming and building...


So the CGs aren't really planned to be done right now (maybe one or two next months), but animating each one of them is really a lot of work. I will make scenes of common mobs with only 3 frames minimum, but not animated.

But, bosses and important scenes will be fully animated!!!
