Part 1 of the next pinup series! She's kind of a 'mid game boss' of sorts. I might do something else for a bit after this one just to change things up, but I feel like we can definitely come back to this series if people want to. Combining a pinup with a story is a fun combo :)
I was thinking of doing a dakimakura style series next. Front and back views of characters. What do you guys think? Clothed, in a bikini or underwear and naked. I'd use the next two most popular picks...

Working on Saturday's page. Gotta get this page done as well as a Space Adventure page and post some uncut art. That's the target for this week :) Maybe start working on some character guide stuff for the website...
I hope people like seeing the sketches. That's always what I like to see in art books. I'm not as interested in the books that're 100% finished art. I like to see the early stuff and the concept designs rather than just polished art of the characters.

Draw a Bridge
Some comic creators don't really put much into backgrounds but I try to push the boat out every now and then to set the scene.
I tend to make fairly generic backgrounds that can be dropped in behind the 'actors' in a scene (kind of like the backdrop in a stage play) most of the time as this means I can make pages a lot faster. Drawing the background for every panel allows for more flexibility in composition, but speed is nice-Especially when you're 'team' of one :)

Judy Hopps was one of the winners last month, so here's the BTB version of her-A lapan that has somehow found her way to this world and has ended up working in the Road Wardens :) I decided to go with one figure as doing two was killing me last time and also, although I like the dynamic of multiple characters it's nice to focus in on one.
I think I'll make a 'take your pick' or 'size chart' style image using the phase 1 images from this series. Ulike my fist size chart I'm being careful...
