According to my weather app, today was going to be the last warm and sunny day for a couple of weeks. So today, I treated myself to some sunshine BEFORE making some more ASMR YouTube videos. OMG, I was in heaven I soaked up every moment of feeling the sun on my flesh. So grateful for this day!

It was like 75° today, and the sky was completely clear! So after creating three ASMR videos for YouTube I decided I needed to get some sunshine on my body! Unfortunately, there is nowhere else for me to lay, but my driveway! I will take it where I can get it! 😂🤣

So very grateful for the sun, the clear skies, and that I had about 45 minutes to just relax and thoroughly enjoy the moment.💗

After my little dance, I did a little Gyrotonic movements. It always activates my kundalini energy and takes me to another level of frequency. It’s pretty intense! Afterwards, I got busy editing and then uploading videos last night until late. Had some Gyrotonic clients to train this morning and then spent the day recording more videos. 💙✨

My daughters body was sore and achy so I drew her an Epson salt bath and made some chicken noodle soup for dinner. While she was in the bath, and while the soup was cooking, I felt the desire to do a little freestyle dance.💙✨

OMG!!! Friday night was like a bad joke! I got off of work from the winery, and I needed to record three videos, but when I sat down to record, I was interrupted with gross noise pollution. However, I just had to laugh at the situation. 😂🤣

Saturday

It was a rainy and quiet day at the winery I work at. But I didn’t bring my mic, so I just had to relax with my dog, Sage, instead of being productive. 😏

I love that I can bring her to work with me though. 🥰
